This database lists molecules expressed in human leucocytes that can be detected by immunohistological labelling of routinely processed biopsy samples.
The entry for each molecule is linked to details of the expression pattern of the molecule and to information on the practical value of its detection.
Details are also given of antibody sources and relevant publications.
Note: This is an ongoing project. New markers and information are added continuously and suggestions for new markers or for additional antibodies and literature references are always welcome (as are comments on errors or omissions) - so please contact us.
